Waste Connections, through a subsidiary, has acquired Pioneer Recycling Services, LLC, a Tacoma-based operator of co-mingled residential recycling and materials recovery facilities, from private equity owners Delos Capital and The Silverfern Group. The sale expands Waste Connections' recycling and materials recovery footprint in the Pacific Northwest and follows Delos and Silverfern's operational investments in state-of-the-art equipment and facilities at Pioneer.

Delos Capital and The Silverfern Group Acquire Le Sueur Incorporated

DTG Recycle Acquires Cascade Recycling
