Comporium Acquires Chesnee Communications

Comporium, a Rock Hill, South Carolina-based communications company, acquired Chesnee Communications and its 3,400+ customers from Skyline Telephone Membership Corporation in November 2021 and began rebranding the business under the Comporium name in November 2022. The move integrates Chesnee's employees and customer base into Comporium's operations and positions Comporium to upgrade local network facilities and expand services in northeastern Spartanburg and northwestern Cherokee counties.
