Ridgemont Equity Partners Leads Recapitalization of SEKO Logistics

Ridgemont Equity Partners has completed a majority recapitalization of SEKO Logistics, a global third-party logistics provider. Greenbriar Equity Group, SEKO's majority shareholder since 2015, will retain a significant equity stake alongside SEKO management; financing for the transaction was provided by Barings, Blackstone Credit, Churchill Asset Management and Manulife Investment Management.

SEKO Logistics Acquires Pixior, LLC

SEKO Logistics has acquired Pixior, LLC, a Commerce, California-based 3PL and e-commerce fulfillment provider with locations on the U.S. West Coast and in Connecticut. The deal brings high-touch fulfillment, drayage and additional warehouse capacity to SEKO, significantly expanding its West Coast footprint and ecommerce capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

TowerBrook Leads Consortium to Acquire Majority Stake in Sabena technics

TowerBrook Capital Partners, together with Sagard SAS and Bpifrance Investissement, has signed definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in French MRO provider Sabena technics. The Marchais family (via holding TAT) will remain a minority shareholder; the consortium plans to support the company's growth and pursue strategic acquisitions to consolidate the fragmented European MRO market.

BDP International Acquires DJS International

The acquisition expands BDP's US import and trade compliance capabilities and extends its inbound logistics presence in the U.S. Gulf region, with DJS operating as a subsidiary of BDP.

Vanderlande to Acquire Siemens Logistics from Siemens

Dutch logistics automation specialist Vanderlande has signed an agreement to acquire Siemens Logistics from German technology company Siemens. The deal — approved by the management and supervisory boards (including Vanderlande’s parent Toyota Industries Corporation) and subject to regulatory approvals — will expand Vanderlande’s airport baggage, cargo handling and digital solutions capabilities and is expected to close next year.

Buske Logistics Acquires Strategic Warehousing

Buske Logistics, a portfolio company of Fourshore Partners, has acquired Strategic Warehousing, LLC, a contract logistics provider based in Eagan, Minnesota. The add-on expands Buske's food-and-beverage warehousing capabilities—particularly in confectionery—and grows its network in the Twin Cities with three sites totaling 225,000 square feet.
