CBD Unlimited, Inc. (formerly Endexx Corporation) has acquired New York-based branding and development firm Kush, Inc., adding Kush's marketing, branding and Kushwear apparel capabilities to its product pipeline. The acquisition brings Kush founder Charlie Mohr into CBD Unlimited full-time and is intended to expand CBD Unlimited's marketing, sustainable apparel and product development capabilities as the company pursues new markets.
