Denver-based healthtech company Veriheal Inc. acquired MarijuanaDoctors.com (Medical Consulting Network, MCN) for $3 million to expand its network of licensed physicians and patient-facing capabilities in the medical cannabis telehealth market. The deal combines Veriheal’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology with MCN’s long-tenured consumer-facing network to provide enhanced EMR, scheduling and 24/7 patient support while broadening dispensary marketing reach and provider partnerships.
