The Lawton Standard Co. has acquired American Iron & Alloys, LLC (AIA), a Waukesha, Wisconsin-based processor and distributor of continuous cast iron and bronze bar stock sold under the Versa-Bar brand. The purchase adds distribution and metal-processing capabilities to Lawton Standard’s foundry-focused platform and is intended to support growth of both AIA’s Versa-Bar business and Lawton’s foundry operations.
