Oakland Standard Co.’s specialty metals platform, The C.A. Lawton Co., has acquired Penn‑Mar Castings, an iron foundry in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The acquisition adds a third iron foundry location to Lawton’s iron group, expanding capacity and broadening its castings capabilities for HVAC, pump/compressor and motor/generator end markets.
