Hillcore Group completed the acquisition of CEDA from OMERS Private Equity effective June 18, 2024. CEDA, a Calgary-based provider of industrial maintenance, turnaround and environmental services with ~1,500 employees, will continue to be led by its existing management team and will join Hillcore's portfolio to support further growth and capability expansion.
