Capital For Business, Inc. (CFB) completed an investment in Vehicle Security Innovators, LLC (VSI), a Green Bay, Wisconsin-based lockset and vehicle security products manufacturer. Affiliates of CFB, Holleway Capital Partners and the VSI management team provided subordinated debt and equity to complete the transaction; VSI’s management, office and production teams will remain in place as the company pursues its next stage of growth.

American Pacific Group Invests in ServerLIFT

Elevator Service LLC Acquires Van Duinen Elevator Co.

Elevator Service LLC (ESI) acquired Van Duinen Elevator Co., an elevator maintenance, repair and modernization company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The deal, backed financially by Greenwich-based family office Carroll Capital, is ESI's third add-on in six months and is intended to increase market density and extend ESI's service footprint in West Michigan; Van Duinen's owner Larry Burns will join ESI's management team.
