Sage Park has completed the acquisition of Clean Harbors' Directional Boring Services business segment and established it as a new independent operating company, Omni Directional Boring. The carve-out preserves the existing management and employees and positions Sage Park to expand the company's engineered bore and directional drilling services across Western Canada.
