Hemptown Organics Corp (Hemptown USA) acquired substantially all assets of the Kirkman Group, an FDA-licensed, cGMP-certified nutraceutical manufacturing business based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The deal provides Hemptown a 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, formulations, production equipment, and the Kirkman management team and IP, accelerating Hemptown's vertical integration and entry into consumer packaged goods.
