SageSure Acquires GeoVera Advantage Insurance Services (GeoVera MGA)

SageSure has entered into and closed an agreement to acquire GeoVera Advantage Insurance Services (the GeoVera MGA), bringing GeoVera's leading residential earthquake underwriting franchise and 114 employees into SageSure. The deal also establishes carrier partnerships between SageSure and the newly formed GeoVera Nova Holdings (which acquired GeoVera's insurance carriers) and is intended to expand SageSure's catastrophe underwriting capabilities and geographic reach into markets such as Oregon and Washington.
