Marketlab Acquires Assets of Medi‑Tech International Corporation

Marketlab, a family-owned manufacturer of specialty healthcare products based in Caledonia, Michigan, has acquired the assets of Medi‑Tech International Corporation, a Brooklyn, New York‑based manufacturer of wound care, labor‑and‑delivery, and patient safety products. The acquisition expands Marketlab’s medical‑surgical and laboratory product portfolio and brings additional products, distribution partnerships, and GPO contracts into its offering to better serve IDNs and other healthcare customers.

Ecolab Acquires Barclay Water Management

Ecolab has acquired Barclay Water Management, a Newton, Massachusetts-based provider of water safety and digital monitoring solutions, including the proprietary iChlor Monochloramine System. The acquisition (closed November 1, 2024) establishes a new growth platform integrated with Ecolab’s ECOLAB3D digital monitoring capabilities; Barclay reported approximately $50 million in sales for 2023.

Medline Industries, LP Acquires United Medco

Ecolab Acquires CID Lines from IK Investment Partners

Ecolab Inc. has agreed to acquire CID Lines, a Belgium-based provider of livestock biosecurity, disinfectants and veterinary medicinal products, from the IK VII Fund (advised by IK Investment Partners) and other shareholders. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals; IK had partnered with CID Lines since January 2016 and supported the company's international growth.

Machine Solutions Inc. Acquires BW-TEC AG

National Medical Billing Services Acquires MedTek, LLC

National Medical Billing Services, a surgery-focused revenue cycle management provider backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, has acquired MedTek, LLC, a Woodland Hills, California-based provider of medical transcription, coding, billing and ASC-focused RCM software. The add-on expands National Medical’s end-to-end RCM capabilities for ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and anesthesia groups and is the firm’s fourth transaction since its partnership with Aquiline in January 2021.
