A.P. Moller - Maersk has agreed to acquire El Segundo, California-based logistics provider Performance Team for $545 million, with the deal expected to close by April 1, 2020. The acquisition expands Maersk's North American warehousing, fulfillment and inland transportation capabilities, adding significant warehouse footprint and e-commerce fulfillment capacity to its end-to-end supply chain offering.
