Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing Acquires McAlister Design and Automation

Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing, a Cornerstone Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Greenville, SC-based McAlister Design and Automation LLC to expand its robotic automation capabilities and presence in the Southeast U.S. The deal adds McAlister’s four facilities (48,000 sq. ft.) and doubles Wauseon’s automation business, positioning the company for accelerated growth and expanded service capacity.
