Fiume Capital and Juggernaut Capital Partners acquired Thrill One Sports & Entertainment from The Raine Group and Causeway Media Partners, with co-investors Dyrdek Machine, Dana White and Craig Piligian. Financing was provided by Prudential Private Capital (with co-lenders CION Investment Corp. and MGG Investment Group); the new ownership will support Thrill One's expansion of live events, content and opportunistic M&A across its Nitro Circus, Nitro Rallycross and Street League Skateboarding brands.

Riverbend Sandler Pools Acquires Pulliam Pools

Riverbend Sandler Pools, a Plano-based platform and portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners, has acquired Pulliam Pool Builders Inc. and Pulliam Services Inc., a Fort Worth-based residential pool construction, renovation, and repair provider. Seller and long-time owner Debra Smith will remain through a transition period and then move to a strategic consulting role; Riverbend plans to retain the Pulliam brand and employees and invest to grow the business.

Gerflor Group Acquires Matter Surfaces

American Roller Acquires Big River Roller

American Roller has acquired Big River Roller, a Paris, Arkansas-based industrial roller and core manufacturer, in a transaction that expands American Roller’s capabilities in rubber coverings and core design while extending its presence in the U.S. South. Terms were not disclosed; Big River’s founding members are joining as part of American Roller’s ownership group and the deal has already resulted in expanded service routes and integrated core manufacturing capabilities.

River Associates Acquires Pelco Products, Inc.

River Associates has acquired Pelco Products, Inc., an Edmond, Oklahoma-based manufacturer of traffic signaling hardware, utility products and decorative outdoor lighting. Financing for the transaction included subordinated debt and an equity co-investment from Northstar Capital (Northstar Mezzanine Partners SBIC, L.P.) and financing from Madison Capital Funding LLC.
