SugarCRM Inc. has acquired W-Systems, a New Jersey-based CRM and marketing automation solutions and services provider (a division of Gannett's UpCurve, Inc.). The acquisition brings W-Systems' implementation, customer success and development teams and high-demand add-ons into Sugar's North American operations to expand implementation capacity and accelerate delivery of sales and marketing automation services to mid-market customers.
