Tender Corporation Acquires RapidPure

Tender Corporation, a Victor Capital Partners-backed outdoor consumer products platform, has acquired RapidPure, a maker of portable water purification systems using UltraCeram technology. The deal adds virus- and bacteria-removing purification products to Tender’s portfolio and expands RapidPure’s distribution into Tender’s outdoor specialty, mass market, and online channels.

The acquisition follows FreshPure’s October 2023 purchase of Arctic Mountain and further grows FreshPure’s presence (now in 43 states).

Victor Capital Partners, alongside longtime CPG executive Gary A. Kiedaisch, recapitalized Tender Corporation, a Littleton, New Hampshire-based maker of consumer outdoor and first-aid products. Prospect Partners sold its interest in Tender; financing was provided by Deerpath Capital Management and financial terms were not disclosed. Jason Cartwright remains CEO and Kiedaisch joins as Chairman to support accelerated growth and market expansion.
