Signature Performance, a privately held healthcare administrative services provider based in Omaha, Nebraska, has acquired Atwater Solutions, LLC, a Philadelphia-based healthcare technology consulting firm. The deal brings Atwater’s consulting talent and health IT expertise into Signature’s platform to deepen capabilities serving providers, payers and health IT organizations and to advance Signature’s mission to lower healthcare administrative costs.
