VillageMD Acquires Bandera Family Medical Group

Community Psychiatry Management, LLC has acquired Harbor Psychologist, Inc., a psychiatric and psychological services provider serving Lakewood and the greater Long Beach, California area. The acquisition brings four psychiatrists, six psychologists and eight licensed therapists into Community Psychiatry's network as Harbor Psychologist will be rebranded and integrated into Community Psychiatry's 40+ clinic family to expand access to outpatient behavioral health services.
