Evoque Data Center Solutions acquired Foghorn Consulting, a Silicon Valley-based cloud consulting and engineering firm, to add cloud engineering capabilities to its colocation and connectivity offerings. Foghorn will operate as a subsidiary and serve as Evoque’s cloud engineering arm to support the company’s application-first, multi-generational infrastructure strategy.

nClouds, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner based in Salt Lake City, has acquired Foghorn Consulting, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner founded in San Francisco focused on cloud security, migration, and application modernization. The deal — with Foghorn being acquired from Centersquare (which purchased Foghorn in 2021) — expands nClouds' cloud engineering, DevOps, and managed-services capabilities to better serve customers across healthcare, financial services, software, energy and the public sector.

Johnson Controls Acquires FM:Systems

The acquisition (expected to close in H2 2025) expands Proofpoint's reach into the MSP channel and SMB market and brings Hornetsecurity's ~$160–200M ARR business and large MSP partner ecosystem into Proofpoint's platform.
