Mindgruve has acquired Hamburg-based commerce agency Ameo to accelerate its European expansion and deepen its retail media and Amazon execution capabilities. Ameo founder Sönke Hansen will join Mindgruve as SVP of Commerce for Europe; financial terms were not disclosed and Makanta advised Ameo.
