Nystrom & Associates acquired the 23-location Minnesota operations of Ellie Mental Health, combining the organizations to create one of the largest regional behavioral health networks across Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. The deal preserves all current clinic locations and staff, expands specialized services (including TMS and ketamine), and allows Ellie to refocus on growing its national franchise network.
