Quadrante Acquires Right Analytics to Launch US Operations

Portuguese engineering consultancy Quadrante has acquired Los Angeles-based Right Analytics as its first U.S. acquisition to establish Quadrante US and expand its capabilities in electrical transmission, data centers and power systems. Right Analytics brings active contracts with Tier-1 clients including Google and several major utilities; Quadrante expects the deal to accelerate its U.S. growth and follow-on acquisitions.
