AAA Distributor, a Philadelphia-based distributor of kitchen, bath and flooring products and a portfolio company of Valesco, completed add-on asset acquisitions of Kitchen & Bath Solutions (Atlanta/Marietta, GA), The Ugly Duck (Spokane, WA) and Surplus Building Materials (Dallas/Farmers Branch, TX). The transactions were supported by Valesco and a subordinated debt and equity co-investment from Brookside Capital Partners to expand AAA's geographic footprint, product categories and digital sales capabilities.
