Acentra Health, a Carlyle-backed provider of clinical services and technology solutions to government healthcare agencies, has acquired EAP Consultants, LLC (doing business as Espyr), a provider of workplace mental health and well-being programs. The deal expands Acentra's portfolio of employee assistance program (EAP) capabilities, combining clinical services, predictive analytics, and technology-enabled tools to serve government and commercial clients.

Vytalize Health (EHP-backed) Acquires Controlling Stake in Independent Physician Association of New York

Vytalize Health, a value-based care platform backed by Enhanced Healthcare Partners (EHP), acquired a controlling stake in the Independent Physician Association of New York (IPA NY) by taking control of its management company, Practice Management of America (PMA). The transaction follows a $100 million equity and debt financing round led by EHP with debt support from Monroe Capital and is intended to deepen Vytalize’s provider network and expand its presence in commercial and Medicare Advantage markets.

AXA Acquires Maestro Health
