HHAeXchange has acquired Sandata Technologies to combine two leading homecare management platforms and expand capabilities across Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS), providers, payers and caregivers. The deal, which builds on HHAeXchange’s recent acquisitions and its backing by Cressey & Company, was announced October 3, 2024; financial terms were not disclosed.
