Accenture has agreed to acquire Insight Sourcing, a provider of strategic sourcing and procurement services. The deal will expand Accenture’s sourcing and procurement advisory and execution capabilities for private equity clients and consumer goods, retail, technology, and industrial organizations, including adding approximately 220 sourcing consultants and a suite of technology procurement tools.
