Accenture to Acquire Work & Co and Navisite

Accenture announced it has agreed to acquire Work & Co and enter into an agreement to acquire Navisite to expand its digital product, application, and infrastructure managed services capabilities for the AI era. Work & Co, a New York-based digital product and AI platform company, will join Accenture Song, while Navisite, based in Andover, Massachusetts, will expand Accenture’s cloud transformation and digital core capabilities. Both deals were initially subject to customary closing conditions, and additional reporting indicates they were later completed.
