Access Holdings' CWON Partners with Flagship Car Wash Center

Car Wash Owners Network (CWON), a platform backed by Baltimore-based Access Holdings, has completed an investment in Flagship Car Wash Center, a leading car wash operator in the Washington DC–Maryland–Northern Virginia (DMV) region. The partnership will keep Flagship's management in place and accelerate expansion — targeting 50+ locations via de novo development and M&A while introducing membership programs and other best-practices from CWON.
