Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) has acquired Alder Technology Inc., a provider of mission IT services including network engineering, network security and data management that supports the U.S. Intelligence Community. DLA Piper advised Alder on the transaction; the acquisition expands ATS’s mission IT and cybersecurity capabilities for federal/intelligence customers.
