Ace Auto Wash of Troy, Michigan has acquired The Mechigian Auto Washes, a three-location car wash group in Fenton and Howell, Michigan, from owner Allyson Mechigian. Calder Capital advised the seller; Ace plans to remodel the locations, rebrand them under its Drip Car Wash model, and expand its footprint in Southeast Michigan. Terms were not disclosed.
