Acusis Acquires Woodham HIM Solutions

Acusis LLC, a Pittsburgh-based provider of clinical documentation and revenue cycle management solutions, has acquired Woodham and Associates of Florida LLC (Woodham HIM Solutions), a Tequesta, Florida-based medical coding and auditing services firm. The acquisition expands Acusis’s US-based medical coding and auditing footprint and strengthens its coding, auditing, CDI and interim HIM management capabilities for hospitals and health systems.
