ADC Aerospace acquired Hyatt Die Cast & Engineering Corporation, a nearly 60-year-old aluminum and zinc die-casting manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and medical equipment customers. The companies described the move as combining two leading aerospace and defense-focused turnkey die-casting businesses to create a larger, more diversified platform, with Hyatt operations transitioning to ADC’s Buena Park, California campus.
