Advantive, a provider of mission-critical software for specialty manufacturing and distribution, has acquired Pepperi, an omnichannel B2B commerce and sales force automation platform headquartered in Israel. The deal expands Advantive's commerce and SFA capabilities and strengthens its international footprint; SEG served as exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to Pepperi.
