Advent Home Medical Acquires Aeratech Home Medical

Advent Home Medical, a New Harbor Capital–backed provider of high‑tech home respiratory care, has completed the acquisition of Aeratech Home Medical, an Ohio and Indiana provider of home respiratory care and equipment technology. The add‑on expands Advent’s footprint into Ohio and Indiana, bringing Aeratech’s nine offices and ~1,000 patients into the Advent platform and advancing the combined companies’ capabilities in complex home respiratory care.
