Advent International, joined by Leonard Green & Partners, has made a strategic growth investment in Prometheus Group, a Genstar Capital portfolio company and provider of enterprise asset management software. Genstar and Prometheus founder and CEO Eric Huang will retain meaningful stakes; the capital will support product development, go-to-market expansion and international growth, particularly in Europe and Asia.
