Stripe and private equity firm Advent International reportedly submitted a joint offer to acquire PayPal Holdings for $60.50 per share, valuing PayPal at more than $53 billion. The proposal would take PayPal private with the two parties each holding an equal stake, and is backed by approximately $50 billion in committed bank financing, though PayPal has not yet responded.
Brazilian cosmetics company Natura announced a governance overhaul and a minority investment from Advent International. Advent will acquire an 8%–10% stake by purchasing shares over time (expected over up to six months) and will have the right to appoint two board members once the stake is reached.

InPost has agreed to a conditional, recommended all-cash take-private offer valuing the company at about €7.8 billion. The consortium—Advent International, FedEx (via a wholly owned subsidiary), A&R Investments (founded by InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska), and PPF Group—plans to launch an offer for all shares, with expected closing in the second half of 2026.

Waystar, a healthcare payments software provider, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Iodine Software for an enterprise value of $1.25 billion. The deal is designed to extend Waystar’s AI platform into clinical intelligence, combining Iodine’s clinical AI data assets with Waystar’s healthcare payments network.
Advent International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Automic Group, a technology company delivering financial market infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. Automic provides registry, employee share plan, shareholder analytics, and fund administration services via a proprietary cloud-native platform supporting over 1,400 companies and funds. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, though financial terms were not disclosed publicly.
