Aero Accessories & Repair, a portfolio company of ATL Partners, has acquired Pittsburgh-based AirGroup America. The add-on expands Aero Accessories' engineered solutions footprint in FAA-approved PMA parts and DER repairs, broadening its aftermarket distribution and repair capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
