Aero Energy Limited Acquires Urano Energy Corp. and Pegasus Resources Inc.

Aero Energy Limited entered into definitive arrangement agreements to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of Urano Energy Corp. and Pegasus Resources Inc. in order to form Manhattan Uranium Discovery Corp. The transactions are expected to close in late May 2026 and will be implemented via separate plans of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
