Afterburn Holdings Acquires Orangetheory Washington State Area Representative

Afterburn Holdings, a Brentwood-backed Orangetheory Fitness franchisee, acquired the Washington state area representative including 18 owned studios, 13 sub-franchised studios and area development rights. Brentwood Associates partnered with Garnett Station Partners to finance the transaction and will continue supporting Afterburn's expansion into the Pacific Northwest.
