Agape Care Group Acquires Serenity Hospice Care

Agape Care Group, a portfolio company of The Vistria Group, has acquired Serenity Hospice Care of Dublin, Georgia. The acquisition expands Agape's reach in Georgia to 52 counties (about 33% of the state); Serenity will continue operating under its current name and the combined organization serves more than 1,800 patients with a 1,000+ employee footprint across the Southeast.
