Agathos Acquires Majority Stake in Targeted Provision

Agathos has completed a majority investment into Targeted Provision, a UK specialist provider of tailored, trauma-informed educational support to vulnerable children and young people. The deal provides an exit for certain existing shareholders and will fund the business’s planned growth and rollout of its tech-enabled SEND tutoring and mentoring services across the United Kingdom.
