Agency Ventures Aggregator LLC (AVA) completed its acquisition of Atlanta-based TopRight Partners, an established marketing and branding agency. AVA — an agency aggregation platform led by Tom Shipley, Peter Lang and Felix Velarde — plans to scale TopRight as the first of seven planned acquisitions, using its 2Y3X program to rapidly grow revenue; terms were not disclosed.
