Danish software platform Ageras has acquired Dutch payroll software company Employes to add payroll capabilities and strengthen its presence in the Netherlands. Employes — founded in 2018 and serving over 6,000 companies — will join Ageras' pan-European platform; the Employes founders will remain with the business.
