(IUL), an independent insurance agency offering business insurance, surety bonds, personal insurance and employee benefits. The deal is intended to strengthen Alera Group's property & casualty, surety and employee benefits presence in the south-central U.S.; terms were not disclosed.

Alliant Insurance Services Acquires Assured Health Group

Alliant Insurance Services has acquired Assured Health Group (AHG), a West Palm Beach-based direct-to-consumer agency specializing in Affordable Care Act (ACA) under-65 individual health insurance plans. Acrisure Acquires Volante Global
