Agility Recovery Acquires Preparis

Agility Recovery, a portfolio company of LLR Partners, has acquired Preparis, an Atlanta-based provider of business continuity planning, emergency notification and incident management software and services. The deal expands Agility Recovery’s capabilities by combining its physical and data recovery offerings with Preparis’ planning and notification platform as an add-on to the PE-backed platform.
