Agility Recovery Acquires Recovery Solutions

Agility Recovery, a portfolio company of LLR Partners, has acquired Chicago-based Recovery Solutions, a provider of FFIEC-compliant business continuity and recovery services for banks and credit unions. The deal expands Agility’s industry-specific capabilities by adding audit-ready compliance testing, technical integrations with core processors, and mobile banking recovery units; Recovery Solutions’ CEO Rick Lavin will join Agility to support the transition.
