Dizzion, a private-equity-backed provider of Desktop as a Service (DaaS), has acquired the Frame business unit from Nutanix. The deal combines Frame's application- and desktop-streaming technology with Dizzion's managed DaaS capabilities to create a larger independent DaaS provider and expand multi-cloud delivery options for customers.
Stealth Monitoring, a Dallas-based provider of live video monitoring solutions, has acquired Caliber Communications and Syncro Monitoring (collectively “Caliber”), based in Stoney Creek, Ontario. The deal — supported by additional capital from Stealth’s existing investors Twin Point Capital, LLR Partners, and Auxo Management — expands Stealth’s AI-driven monitoring capabilities and intellectual property; the combined business will operate across 40+ offices with more than 2,000 employees and monitor 5,000+ client sites in North America.
