Quebec-based cloud provider Oriso acquired Vullify, a company focused on vulnerability management and attack surface monitoring. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Oriso said the acquisition will strengthen its ability to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity while keeping client data hosted in Canada.

Allurity Acquires Infigo IS

Infigo, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Zagreb, employs around 100 professionals and specializes in offensive and defensive security, consulting, and managed services.
